Decentralization of User Account Re-Activation

The Department of Immigration wishes to inform its esteemed customers that the re-activation of user accounts for accessing e-services has now been decentralized. Clients based outside Lusaka can now re-activate their user accounts from the respective Regional Immigration Offices.  User account activation for those based within Lusaka will continue being done at Immigration Headquarters.

Applications must be submitted in person and should contain the following documents:


  • Covering Letter to the Director-General
  • Zambian Legal Practicing Certificate
  • Company Registration Certificate (PACRA)


  • Covering Letter to the Director-General
  • Company Registration Certificate (PACRA) /Registration for Non-Government Organizations
  • Practicing certificate for Human Resource Personal/or a Letter from the Managing Director or Institutional Head authorizing the representative to submit immigration cases

Immigration Consultants

  • Covering Letter to the Director-General
  • Immigration Consultancy Certificate
  • Company Registration Certificate (PACRA).
